About our Danish School

At “Vinduespudserskolen.dk”, we teach hard-working men how to build their own subscription-based business – completely from scratch and with no prior experience. 💼

You’ll treat window cleaning like a sport 🧽 and learn a proven craft that makes you up to 4x faster than someone who’s self-taught. The training consists of 23 modules, takes about 40 hours, and earns you the title of certified window cleaner.

But we don’t stop at the craft.

We also teach you everything about business: how to sell subscriptions, register your company, do marketing, set prices 💰, recruit staff, and scale your operations – all based on 30+ years of experience and data from 300+ companies.

With our own data app 📊, we make sure you’re using strategies that work in practice – giving you a massive head start and saving you years of trial and error. Many of our students build businesses in just one year that 95% of the industry hasn’t been able to create in a decade – simply because they never had the right foundation for profitable hiring from day one.

The Window Cleaning School’s main focus is training skilled workers for our students’ own businesses.

Right now, we’re in Sweden🇸🇪

4-8 april in Kristianstad

📍Current in Växjö

Over the past few months, we’ve been researching countries like Germany, Norway, and Finland to figure out where to launch first. In the end, we chose Sweden – and there are several good reasons for that.

Malte ran some in-depth ad tests, pretending to be a local window cleaner in different countries. While most people think big cities are the best for this kind of business (all towns have windows that need cleaning, haha), our data shows that smaller towns actually perform better – it’s where local guys can quickly build solid businesses with happy customers.

Kristianstad and Växjö came out on top in Malte’s many odd experiments – and that’s exactly why you (or someone you know) may have come across us two Danes.

On top of that, the Swedish government offers the RUT deduction, meaning customers only pay half the cost – the state covers the rest. That, of course, makes Sweden even more attractive for us.

From April 4th, 2025, we, Malte Ribergaard and Asger Lindholm, are in Sweden to find the first 10 in Sweden.

Friday, April 4th

First stop was at a tool supplier in Helsingborg who specializes in window cleaning equipment. We had a good and lengthy 3-hour meeting, where we talked about everything from the differences between the Swedish and Danish window cleaning industries to the possibility of making a mutually beneficial deal.

FAQ image

Saturday, April 5th

the day was dedicated to cold canvassing – a customer acquisition method our students in Denmark learn to master – to better understand the demand and market for window cleaning in Kristianstad. Saturday also included meetings with several of our Danish students.

FAQ image

Sunday, April 6th

Was spent doing more cold canvassing – this time to speak with potential students. We're looking for hard-working men aged 20–35. We believe we can find them in shops, and that’s likely why you’ve landed on this page – either because we spoke to you directly, or because one of your friends sent you the link.

FAQ image

Monday, April 7th

We drove into downtown Kristianstad – hit up a sports store and a wine shop in the mall, then a clothing store on the pedestrian street, and finally we went to Elgiganten. Maybe the four guys we chatted with are sitting here reading this? :) Also, we spotted a Danish smørrebrød café… but wow, the food was really bad – definitely not a recommendation.

FAQ image

Tuesday, April 8th

We packed the car and drove to Växjö. Apparently, we had booked a camping cabin. The day was mostly filled with Danish meetings with Danish students, and we went out to eat at a very good restaurant, where we struck up a conversation with a very skilled waiter, Isak. Maybe you're reading this now? :)

FAQ image

Wednesday, April 9th

The day was spent doing market research in the city to assess the demand for skilled window cleaning. We drove around and talked to homeowners (the demand is huge—many have had bad experiences with window cleaners, which makes them perfect customers for our students in Denmark, as they can deliver proper craftsmanship). Apart from that, we also found a co-working space where they played Pippi Longstocking over the speakers all day.

FAQ image

Wednesday, April 10th

The day started with some computer work. Around noon we went out to the city, where we got to talk to some of you in the shops. Today we met several people who wondered why you can make (so) much money from cleaning witnesses. It's very funny, because they are EXACTLY the same skeptics we met 3 years ago in Denmark.

We also went to the university, but we hadn't realized it was 4.30 pm and people had obviously gone home😅

The Story of Vinduespudserskolen

2013, Asger’s Journey - Gap Year Window Cleaner

Asger started working as a window cleaner during his gap year in 2013 at a large Danish company, where he later also worked in the administration.

There, he gained solid experience in the industry, and since he was paid by performance, efficiency quickly became a key focus.

He began using larger tools and cleaning with both hands – something many in the industry considered impossible. But the logic is simple: bigger tools and two hands mean faster work – and a significantly higher hourly wage.

FAQ image

2014-2015 From Startup Dreamer to Self-Made Investor - Ruumble Dating app

At 20, Asger had bigger dreams than becoming a cleaner – he wanted to build a dating app. He signed a development deal worth one million DKK, thinking he’d raise the money afterward. But raising capital in the dating space as a 20-year-old proved more difficult than expected. So, he took matters into his own hands and became his own investor by starting a window cleaning business. With one clear goal: to work as efficiently as possible – both in getting and serving customers – without compromising on quality. And just like that, he became his own investor through his window cleaning company.

FAQ image

2015-2017 Work, save up, invest – repeat.

The million was saved up in just 5 months. During that period, every single day for Asger looked the same: wake up, go out and clean windows for 6–8 hours, head home, work on Ruumble, work out, go to bed – and repeat. Once the debt was paid off, the phone in the window cleaning company was turned off. Now it was time to go all in on Ruumble... and like any other software startup, you end up needing more money than expected. So what happened? Ruumble needed another million. So what did Asger do? He fired up the window cleaning company again – and turned off the phone once more, once the next million had been saved up and invested into the project. Ruumble ended up reaching a total of 60,000 users in Denmark – during the same period, Tinder had 80,000 in denmark

FAQ image

The Idea for a window cleaning school

One might wonder why Asger didn’t just hire people to take over his window cleaning routes, allowing him to earn a passive income while focusing on other projects. However, finding qualified workers in the window cleaning industry has always been a challenge. The craft is harder than most people think, and there are countless levels when it comes to both execution and earnings. There have been schools for carpenters, painters, and bricklayers for many years – but never a window cleaning school.

FAQ image

2021 - The first (and still the only) window cleaner school in Denmark

A few years later, Asger revisited the idea of starting a window cleaning school, this time in partnership with the state. He teamed up with his childhood friend Jonas and Oliver, whom he had trained back in 2015. Both had worked full-time in the industry for years. The Window Cleaning School launched as a vocational program to solve the lack of skilled labor. Municipalities were offered a job guarantee: “Citizen gets a job – or your money back.” Over 100 students became certified professionals. Despite growing interest in entrepreneurship, the school couldn’t offer business guidance, and instructors weren’t allowed to own window cleaning companies – it was considered a conflict of interest.

FAQ image

2022 - Now were the school private

The school was privatized. For the first time ever, we had to market ourselves publicly – and we weren’t going to play it safe. The video had to provoke. It had to make window cleaning sexy. The first TikTok got 33,000 views. Asger showed how much money you could actually make. No one believed it. The first 5 students got the full education for a startup price of 10,000 DKK (15,700 SEK). They were only convinced after 300+ hours of conversations – with people who didn’t believe in us at all.

FAQ image

2022 - the first ever student on the private education

Ulrik from Hareskov Vinduespudsning was the first to invest his savings – 10,000 DKK (15,700 SEK). – into the program. Today, he owns a million-kroner company. Four others followed his lead. Our goal was to make the school so attractive that we could choose the right candidates – without spending countless hours trying to convince them. Ulrik and four others jumped in! We knew that if our students became successful, more would follow. The industry needed to be made sexy – but we knew it would take time...

FAQ image

2022 - From Excuses to Action: How One Lesson Sparked a Selling Frenzy

We already had the physical school in Copenhagen (Frederikssundsvej 345) and detailed training protocols in place. Asger had made millions from window cleaning – but he’d never taught others full-time how to build a business. After one week, none of the five students had made a single sale. Just excuses. So Asger took charge. He found five customers in one hour and handed the addresses to the students. “The work is done – now bring me the money.” While the students cleaned, Asger kept selling – and took all the earnings. It was a demonstration. The result? The next day, all five students showed up late… because they’d been out selling. Motivation unlocked.

FAQ image

2022/ start 2023 - Turning Success Into a System

We learned how to teach – not just do.We documented everything to build the perfect program. There’s a big difference between being successful and teaching others to be.Every student hit over 600 DKK/hour in revenue, so we made it our guarantee. The price became two payments of 10,000 DKK. (30.000 sek total)23 new students enrolled. We were still learning who to accept and how to teach best.We worked around the clock – because you can’t make others rich without earning something yourself.

FAQ image

2023/2024 - Scaling

One year later, the Window Cleaning School has trained 127 people. The School now costs 4 payments of 10,000 DKK (62,800 SEK) and includes thousands of hours of teaching experience. We keep breaking our own records in student success. What we’ve done well is simple: Every time students needed something – we built it. And gave it to everyone. Meanwhile, we built a data tracker app. Now every student logs their time and results across all strategies. This allows us to instantly see what works best – across companies, students, and cities. Success isn’t random anymore. It’s mapped.

FAQ image

2024 - +20% of Our Students Now Run Million-Kroner Businesses

The longer we run the School, the faster students hit a million in revenue. Some make over 100,000 DKK (157.000 SEK)/month profit solo. Others scale to teams and multi-million revenue. We knew it was possible — but didn’t expect that 20% of our students would go from zero to million-kroner businesses in just 1.5 years. All thanks to data and constant optimization. The more students we train, the smarter we all get.

FAQ image

2024 - From One to One Hundred

It’s no secret: this isn’t just out of goodwill. The school works best when students succeed. Why? Because when they succeed, they start hiring. And guess where their staff gets trained? At the school. One student becomes four. And over time – more than a hundred. 2024 was the year we really started to feel it. For the first time, several months saw more new employees join the School than brand-new self-employed students. The ripple effect is real.

FAQ image

2025 - Redefining What's Possible in a 'Not-So-Sexy' Industry

All of our students reach the top 1% income bracket in their age group – in less than a year of full-time growth (even if that’s not everyone’s personal goal). Many no longer clean windows themselves – their employees do. That’s something we’re deeply proud and humbled by. Looking back, one of our biggest goals was to make the industry sexy – and we genuinely feel it’s happening. Today, consultants and outsiders want in. Two years ago, no one cared. Our 300+ students now generate over 150 million DKK/year in combined revenue. We launched a new data tracking web app – and with it, our 1 million DKK guarantee after just 14 months of dedicated growth. We've welcomed students who couldn’t even afford 20% of the tuition upfront – and who now make enough to buy the program several times over… each month. We keep raising the bar. Not long ago, people thought we were insane for promising 100,000 DKK/month. Now? That’s just the beginning. And a price increase to 60,000 DKK (94.000 sek) is just around the corner

FAQ image

2025 - Sweeden

In 2025, we’ve decided to launch in Sweden. Instead of setting up a government partnership or a physical school, we’re choosing to invest in 10 guys in selected cities across Sweden. We take a small revenue share in the business – which means you can get started for free, and all of us have the same goal: to grow the company’s revenue quickly.

How We Make (a lot of) Money from Window Cleaning

Let’s say you clean a house for 250 SEK. You use one hand, small tools, constantly wipe with a cloth, your car isn’t optimized, and you’re not thinking in “window lanes.” It takes you 25 minutes. Then you drive 10 minutes to the next house and repeat the process. After an hour, you’ve made 500 SEK.

Now imagine you’ve gone through proper sales training and learned how to price with confidence. You close that same customer at 300 SEK. You don’t move faster, but you clean far more efficiently – without sacrificing quality – and finish the job in just 10 minutes.

After 30 minutes, you’ve earned 600 SEK. And because you've also mastered passive lead generation, you’ve already picked up 3 nearby neighbors at 250 SEK each. You clean each of those in 8 minutes, with just 2 minutes walking between houses.

Now, in a single hour, you’ve earned 1,350 SEK.

This isn’t just theory – it’s exactly what we’ve seen happen time and time again with students from our school in Denmark.

Watch Asger clean 5 houses and make 1,114 DKK (1,635 SEK) in under 30 minutes

But remember – cleaning like Asger isn’t something you just pick up.

Without hours of training, theory, and real practice, it’s impossible.

Getting to Asger’s (or other of our studens) level takes serious guidance from our instructors at the school.

Join Lasse for a day in the life, back when he had just hit 1 million DKK in annual revenue. Today, 1.5 years later, that number has grown to 3.8 million a year (with 5 employees)

Come join Phillip as he heads out to do some cold canvassing.

Come along for a day in the life with Ulrik. Today, his company has grown to a team of four full-time guys.

We want to build this business together with you – on a no cure, no pay model.

We only win when you win, so you can get started completely free.

You don’t have to quit your job from day one!

In Denmark, we never recommend quitting your job right away — in fact, around 90% of our students still have their jobs when they start at the school. All training is designed to fit around a full-time job, so you can easily get started in the evenings alongside your current work.

The most important thing is that we get started and not think about it for a long time

In Denmark, our achievers are always the ones who jump into things and don't have to think “what if....” are the most successful. And since our business model is we make money when you do, it's extra important for us to find these types who are willing to go for it, work hard and be open to new adventures
